Once the forms were off we could start framing the walls. The bottom plate is pressure treated. On the right is the connection

  There are three large openings in the front which is why we opted to put in a 91/2" PSL across the entire front of the addition


  













































  It was a struggle but in the end it sat perfectly under the old sunroom and on top of our new framing.
